The luxuriously appointed Apartment Number 3 sits inside the Heidi's complex, directly opposite the chairlift at Smiggin Holes. Ski-in convenience, with all the warmth of a private home.
Inside: an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room that opens onto a private balcony with views across the village. Two king bedrooms — configurable to single beds — sleep four adults comfortably, with a sofa bed in the lounge for two children under five.
The kitchen is fully equipped with European appliances, the bathroom is finished in soft slate blue, and a private boot and glove dryer waits in the entry. Step out the door, click in, and you're on the lift.

Smiggin Holes sits at the centre of the Perisher resort — the largest ski area in the Southern Hemisphere. Heidi's is metres from the village lifts and a short drive from Jindabyne for dining and supplies.

Season
Heidi's is available through the official Perisher snow season — bookings open from late autumn.
Linen & toiletries
Sheets, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Bring your own gear bags.
Suitability
Couples, families and small groups. Best suited to four adults plus two children under five. No pets.
Park entry
A NSW National Parks pass is required to enter Kosciuszko in winter. Available at the entry station on arrival.
Chains
Snow chains are mandatory for 2WD vehicles inside the resort area. Hire from Jindabyne before heading up.
On-site management
Building managers are on site through the season for arrivals, departures and anything you need mid-stay.
