Check-in
3pm check-in · 10am check-out. Complimentary early/late where possible (4pm during December & January peak).
Linen & toiletries
Sheets, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all supplied. BYO beach and pool towels.
Suitability
Family and group friendly. No schoolies, weddings or parties of any kind. No pets.
STRA Permit
PID-STRA-91270. Bookings governed by the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
Area
Longreach, NSW. Guests have access to approximately 10 of the 50 acres; the manager's working areas are private.
Access road
The driveway is unsealed and not suitable for low-profile vehicles. Please drive with care and avoid the lawns.
Fireplaces & firepit
Combustion fireplaces operate 1 April – 1 October; firewood supplied for the first two burns. Firepit unavailable through summer fire season.
WiFi
Complimentary WiFi. Rural signal can be affected by weather; issues are resolved as quickly as possible but not guaranteed.
Security cameras
External cameras cover the driveway, carpark, view to the jetty and the rear plant area. No interior surveillance.
EV charging
No dedicated EV charging on site — for insurance and safety reasons, charging is not permitted at the property. Our team can advise the nearest station.
Guests & visitors
Guest limits apply at all times. Any additional guests or day visitors must be approved in writing before your stay.
River & boat ramp
Use of the jetty, pontoon and boat ramp depends on tide and weather. Neighbouring properties share the ramp — please don't leave vehicles parked after launching.
Not permitted
No tents, caravans or extra mattresses. No motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, firearms or fireworks anywhere on the property.
