Hospitality, in a shared office.
Grant Co Office is a refined shared workspace conceived with eb Interiors — borrowing the language of boutique hospitality and bringing it into the working day. Warm Murobond Opulence walls. Walnut joinery throughout. Clay, leather and a slate blue accent that carries through the bathrooms.
Across three levels you'll find thirteen private offices, two meeting rooms, a boardroom for ten, a staff kitchen and break-out, a warehouse and dedicated storage. Every room has soft sheer drapery, acoustic comfort, and natural light.

Murobond Opulence carries the main walls, with Resene feature paints layered through each space. Polytec Notaio Walnut and Laminex Outback Clay run through the joinery — anchored by Interface carpet tiles and Square Bear acoustic panels.
