How do I book a stay?+
Bookings can be made directly through the website — choose a property, select your dates, and pay securely. Direct bookings include the best available rate.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Each property has its own cancellation terms, shown at the time of booking. Most allow free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
Can I hold a date while I decide?+
Yes — get in touch via the contact page and we'll place a 48-hour hold while you confirm.
Are pets welcome?+
Pet policies vary by property. Please reach out before booking and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you accommodate large groups or events?+
Grants Estate is designed for groups of up to 16. For larger gatherings or events, please contact us directly to discuss.
